Wk11B: What Your Classmates Thought About some other Social Meda Platforms and Tools
This week I commented on April’s post about social influencers.
She talked about creators like @iamorlandojames and @lillyloutay, and how influencing has become a real career.
Her post was more lifestyle-focused, while mine was about AI and branding. But I liked how both of us showed different ways people can share their passions online. Hers reminded me that connecting with others can start simple just by doing something you love.
This week I also commented on Coco’s post about AI in content creation.
Her blog was very informative and aligned closely with mine — we both talked about tools like Canva and Jasper, and how helpful they are for small businesses. I liked how she explained the benefits for big brands too, and how she touched on the ethical concerns.
Compared to mine, her post felt a bit more formal and focused on examples, while I shared a more personal experience with my dessert brand. Still, we both agree: AI can support creativity when used responsibly.
I also commented on Luna’s post about LinkedIn and her new business, Punto Verde.
Her approach was different from mine — she focused on building professional connections and promoting her landscape design business, while I focused more on AI tools for content creation.
What I loved about her post was the clear vision she had. It reminded me how important it is to build credibility and show your passion, especially when you're just starting. It was inspiring to see how she’s using LinkedIn not just to promote her work but also to keep learning and growing.
